My first visit for a pedicure , my nail artist nailed it! I didn’t get her name, but she has pinkish hair and wears glasses. Find her. See the details in the photos. Her lines are perfect!! I’ll definitely come back while I’m in this town. Check it out! My shellac with design, $55. $20 tip. My toes… priceless

I typically don’t write ANY reviews but after reading many comments from SAD people I had to chime in. Yesterday we did a walk in 30 minutes before closing for homecoming. The STAFF was excellent, they treated us like family. Which was such a beautiful thing. The reception the nail tech the elder and their beautiful children were awesome. Sorry if someone had a bad day. We all know the people who write bad reviews NEVER have a bad day because their perfect! Spread love not hate!

I’ve been coming here for a couple months to get my acrylics filled and I usually get sat with a guy who is amazing at them. I didn’t make an appointment the last time I came in and I got sat with a girl, she started doing my nails and when she was using the Dremel she got extremely distracted by her friends which I understand talking to whoever but she cut my skin multiple times. By the time my nails were done the acrylic was all bubbly and not even 24 hours later 3 pieces of the acrylic chipped off. I get it things happen I can fix it with a file. Last night I was at work picking up a cardboard box and I slid my hands between the tile and the box and my nail completely broke in half. I haven’t even had this set for a week.

Honestly, worst $48 I’ve spent ever. I got over not a lot of choices in colors and not doing the shape I wanted even though I said it many times. It’s the fact that my nails are not smooth at all to the point where my husband that doesn’t notice much said something. Then less than 24 hours after getting them done my nail looks like the picture attached. I’ve heard so many good things about this place, but I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

I went here about 2.5 weeks ago now for a pedicure and full set. They do not take appointments anymore so you have to have atleast 3-4 hours to spare. My pedicure was great. However my full set was disappointing. I asked for a simple design on my ring fingers as I was going on vacation and wanted something fun. The guy who did my nails told me flat out that he could not do it because the lines wouldn’t be straight… mind you I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half and have gotten some pretty intricate designs. I didn’t argue and just got the color I wanted. The person sitting next to me was told about halfway through my service that anyone can do any design they just have to let them know. I am very disappointed that the guy doing my nails just didn’t want to do it. It was just laziness. My nails have also fallen off and I am not rough with them. I will not be going back here again after that service. It’s not worth 4 hours of my day.

Awful experience. Would not recommend. New to area, looking for a new local spot. This was not it. My nails were not filed evenly. I was charged $40 for a manicure and cuticles were not fully trimmed. The heat lamp didn’t work and nails got smudged. Nail tech fixed one, but left others. The clear gel put on was dripping on fingers and left with nails stuck to back. Young child was distracting employee making the experience even that more uncomfortable. Disappointed is an understatement.

My nails consistently last until my next visit. I was having trouble with nails breaking at my previous salon. Pedicures are relaxing & they do sometimes have a bit of a wait, but worth it in my opinion. They have a zillion colors to choose from too! Acrylic nails

I’m not sure if there has been a change in management, but the last few visits were subpar. I travel over an hour to come here because of the acrylic color choices and good service, but I haven’t noticed this lately. Today I was placed with a women who started soaking my nails in acetone only to find she only does manicures or dip. I was sent back to the waiting room to wait for some that did acrylic. When the next woman took care of me, she found 2 of my nails lifting and proceeded to take them all off telling me my nails were too old, I needed a new full set. This was only the 3rd fill on full set. I was then charged an extra $10 for soaking them off, something I told them I didn’t want. I wish I would have just left when they wouldn’t hear me out and go somewhere else. Unfortunately the finished product looks bad and I will need to go somewhere else anyway. Gosh, I use to love this place!
