I feel welcome each time I come and the gals here really know their stuff. They manage that schedule book like a pro; I’ve seen them squeeze in walk-ins with emergencies and still make sure their regulars are taken care of well and on-time. They don’t rush you in/out unless that’s what you need. This is not the kind of place where they try to get you to do both your pedicure and your nails at the same time; they want you to enjoy each experience individually.

I did a walk in appointment for a dip manicure. The woman did not do a good job removing the skin around my cuticles, so the dip manicure was rough around the sides causing the nail to crack. I called immediately and made an appointment to have them redone. The second time they looked better, but the nail completely separated and peeled off less than a week after I had them redone. I had to go back in a third time. When I called to make the third appointment the associate did not mention that they intended to recharge me to redo them. At the completion of the manicure the shop owner at this point insisted that I pay another 45 dollars for the full manicure. It was disappointing and poor business practice to recharge me to redo the nails after the second time, due to poor quality of workmanship and/or possibly poor quality of their product. It was an inconvenience to have to return twice, spend double my money to pay for them to fix their mistake, as well as the gas money I wasted driving across town back and forth. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend going to them. They don’t uphold fair business practices. The 3rd time I got them fixed they cracked and the paint was chipping off three days afterwards. Theur products must be old and/or defective.

$52 for a pedi (I had to clean off the nail polish that hit the toes) and a simple gel nails (toes and fingers). Anyone can see how uneven this is, the thumb is missing color, the ring finger has a hole in it and all nails are uneven. The right hand looks exactly the same.

Had an appt for 3:00pm, being a new customer they didn’t seem to care and told me it would be a 20min wait after waiting 10min already. They took another customer that walked in after me…you think they would’ve told me then that they were delayed. Will not be back again, they should have called to notify me. It’s apparent to me already they don’t care about their customers especially being a new one. Oh well, move on.

First time here. Unfortunately, really disappointing experience. The woman didn’t say a word the entire time I was there. I don’t think she spoke English as she ignored everything I was asking. I got dip powder and it was clumpy (not smooth). She also started the power about a quarter way up, which looked like I had gone 2-3 weeks and was ready to get my nails done again. Also, all of my long nails were cut way too short and different lengths. The owner tried to fix them but said it’s the best she could do. There was no lotion or hand massage. Expensive day only to go somewhere else to have them redone.
