I scheduled a haircut two weeks in advance with a stylist at this salon as a reoccurring customer. I called in advance that I am running into traffic 20 minutes before my appointment and the person who answered the call said it was fine, the haircut is scheduled for 40 minutes, I may have to leave with wet hair. I said I could reschedule because I don’t want to have a rushed haircut. They then said they could get someone else to blow my hair, so I kept my appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment due to a traffic accident on 355, (traveling from Downers Grove) to see my stylist, Maddie, just to be told when I got there, “ there wasn’t enough time to do my full hair cut, there was only enough time for a “dusting” (a trim removing 1.5 inches off) dry haircut, no wash, no blow dry.” Waste of time, gas, and I will not be returning to this salon after this experience.
