I had Emily do my hair which was amazing. Then I had my makeup booked with Brenda but they had Maddie do it which she wasn’t supposed to and they knew Brenda was doing my makeup but supposedly “forgot” once my hair was done. My face was extremely dark compared to my chest. I had to used thousands of makeup wipes, face wash and even used paper towels to get this makeup off. She got glue in my eye and even glued my eye shut. I came here for nice prom makeup and I wanted to feel pretty. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. The staff knew Brenda was going to do my makeup and ignored it. Stole someone else’s client. I would never recommend this place for makeup. The lady that did my makeup made it look like she’s never done makeup on a black person before.

I got my hair colored by Maddie. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience. For the first time I felt like I was in good hands and she knew exactly what I wanted. My hair went from black and ugly brown, to this beautiful ashy bronde. I never felt more beautiful. Thank you to the whole team who made the process easier, faster and super comfortable. Also, a huge thank you for going out of your way to make sure my station was covered so no one saw my hair because I’m a hijabi.

My sister went & was falsely told her hair would come out like she wanted. My sister messaged her back & forth sent her pictures of her hair. The stylist lied & basically did nothing on what she wanted! She got her into salon on false pretenses! I told my sister she should have not paid for it because that’s not what you wanted! I don’t recommend this salon at all! How hard is it to get what you want?

I came to this salon for years but recently wanted to try a new place. Girls this salon is over priced for no reason at all. Never once did I receive a scalp massage but at ulta you get one everytime plus its 1/4 of the price. The vibes at this place are always off. I can get my same blonde results way cheaper elsewhere and never had to go back because they missed a spot in the front… The blowouts at ulta left me very impressed as well and made me wonder why I ever came to femme beauty and paid an arm and a leg for sub par work.
