I had some credits on my Groupon account, I wanted to use them before they expire. I had an event so I decided to do a hair blowout. This place was listed in the Groupon and had only 1 review, but I decided to give it a try. And I regretted! I had an awful experience with this place. The lady who was doing blowout was rough with my hair. They use very cheap shampoo, my hair felt so dry, they didn’t even bother to put some conditioner. She barely used a hairspray, so my hair hold for few hours only! On top of that she charged me $10 for hair wash, as per her its not included in Groupon. Wasted time and money. I don’t recommend this place.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to see Roma for the last few years and she’s the only person that I let do my brows bc I ruined them when I was younger, when thin was in, and I took off way too much and I’ve been slowing growing them back in since. Roma is the only person that knows how I like my brows done. She never takes off too much and she’s been helping me shape them the entire time I’ve been seeing her. They’re much thicker than when I first started seeing her. And I even get them drawn in with temporary color sometimes and she does that really well too. It never looks fake or like too much, it’s just perfect and fills in my bald spot from a scar that I have on my brow. Roma is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to everyone looking to get their brows/lip threaded or waxed. She’s always so welcoming and so nice!! She always tells me I’m losing weight and that I’m so skinny and what woman doesn’t like to hear that? She is super sweet! I prefer to thread my brows and wax my lip bc threading my lip is too painful so she’ll usually wax it first and then get the left overs with the thread and then that way the threading isn’t as painful. Please bring Roma back to the Babylon location on Sundays! It’s so hard for me to trek all the way to Huntington to see her and I have no idea what days she’s in Babylon anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. The lady there did the complete opposite of what I asked and then has the nerve to blame it on my eyebrows. She took an unbearably long time and struggled to thread both my brows and upper lip. I left quickly out of frustration and not wanting to be rude by speaking my mind. What was done was done. But if you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. I know have a bald spot in my eyebrows that I paid $20 for.

This is the WORST eyebrow place! DO NOT COME HERE THIS IS A WARNING. This lady took the tail off my left eyebrow, then has the audacity to charge me for it. She ended up blaming me and said I did not have a tail on my eyebrow when I came in. WORST PLACE and SO UNPROFESSIONAL. This place deserves ZERO stars.
