I loved my experience here. I’m newer to the area and was having trouble finding someone to do my hair. After some searching, I came across Felix’s and saw all the great reviews. I’m so glad I walked in. Rebecca did my hair and it was great. She took me from a messy long to sophisticated bob. I loved the atmosphere here, especially the cute puppies that will sit on your lap.

First time visiting Felix Design Studio per recommendation of a good friend and I was very happy and satisfied with my end result. Owner Robin and stylist Sherry were awesome – super friendly, welcoming and made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Not to mention, the aesthetics of the salon inside and out were very appealing. If you have a chance, check out their amazing video on their website, it is exactly that plus a few new faces! I left there with a new yet re-vamped hair style and hair feeling softer than silk – even after curling/wave style!

Hafsa did an incredible job cutting my hair, was very friendly and polite, along with everyone else I interacted with. My niece had an appointment to get her hair done for her senior photos. When she called to make the appointment, it was written down for the wrong day AND at the wrong time. She told me she waited for 15 minutes for the hairdresser Hausa but she never showed up. My niece had to leave so she wasn’t late to her photo appointment and had to do her hair herself. Staff was trying to be sympathetic, but communication and organization were simply terrible. She didn’t even get a voucher for a free blowout or shampoo or anything to compensate. I would be seriously upset if this were an appointment for a big occasion, like a wedding. Glad it was for photos and not something huge like that. Don’t depend on these people: it’s not worth it. Seriously disappointed.
