Critical: QualityExtremely disappointed again, have gone twice since Shay left and they did not have time to blow dry my hair and style it. When I made my appointments I specifically asked for this service. The only good thing was when I was going to pay, the sweet lady at the front desk told me I did not have to pay because of what happened. I don’t know if she was the owner or manager but she did the right thing. I have been is customer service for over 30 years and this is just not how you treat your customers. I will need to find somewhere else to go where they are willing to do a complete service. Extremely disappointed again, have gone twice since Shay left and they did not have time to blow dry my hair and style it. When I made my appointments I specifically asked for this service. The only good thing was when I was going to pay, the sweet lady at the front desk told me I did not have to pay because of what happened. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAdriana is absolute BEST! I went to a DIFFERENT SALON a week ago for highlights but ended up with completely orangey/yellow blonde hair with a dark root line. It basically looked like I bleached my hair at home and then it had grown out over a month it looked so terrible I was in tears but somehow Adriana was able to color correct it blend the roots and make it look natural! Adriana is absolute BEST! I went to a DIFFERENT SALON a week ago for highlights but ended up with completely orangey/yellow blonde hair with a dark root line. It basically looked like I bleached my hair at home and then it had grown out over a month it looked so terrible I was in tears but somehow Adriana was able to color correct it blend the roots and make it look natural!
