Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m not from the area and decided to request hair coloring touch up and blow dry. The hair stylist came highly recommended and was very pleasant to work with, however the color she used was completely off. The color did not blend well and is much lighter on the top of my head verses the rest.The next day I went in person and requested that it be fixed. I requested to see someone with more experience in hair coloring. Well, the manager, who admittedly knows nothing about hair, stated that she was unable to accommodate me for another week, and was unprofessional at that.After strong consideration I decided I will not return to this salon. I am concerned for the health of my hair. I did not appreciate the customer service, or the hair tech allowing me to leave her salon knowing she had not even come close to matching my hair color. I’m not from the area and decided to request hair coloring touch up and blow dry. The hair stylist came highly recommended and was very pleasant to work with, however the color she used was completely off. The color did not blend well and is much lighter on the top of my head verses the rest.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI wanted to drop a comment about my experience on 2/12 with Marty at the Fort Myers location. If there is a way to have a perfect hair experience, Marty has figured out how to deliver just that. From the moment I met him he was professional and kind. It was immediately apparent he possessed vast knowledge about his trade and the experience he provided I have never had in another salon. The care Marty took while washing, brushing, drying and styling was well above expectations. I have extremely long hair and Marty took the time to meticulously blow dry my whole head, effortlessly transitioning from cool air while around the face and top of the head, to warm air down around the ends. Marty studied what felt like every strand of hair and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Never once have I had a hair stylist who hasn’t pulled my hair while brushing or styling, however Marty was soft handed and went through the entire appointment without a single pull. Marty should be praised for his obvious talents and also his customer care. Professional, talented and caring.The salon itself is also wonderful. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Temperature checks as well as face coverings are required at this time. My hair was dry cut at first and then I went to washing. The washing was perfect with great products used. A head and scalp massage was included as well as a heated towel to act as a quick conditioning treatment. After my wash I went back to the styling chair and the hair that had been initially cut was already gone and swept away. 10/10 I would recommend this salon for the service I had done, which was a wash, cut and style, but also so much more. The salon made me feel as though I were at a day spa. Not a typical hair cutting salon, more a hair cutting experience. I wanted to drop a comment about my experience on 2/12 with Marty at the Fort Myers location. If there is a way to have a perfect hair experience, Marty has figured out how to deliver just that. From the moment I met him he was professional and kind. It was immediately apparent he possessed vast knowledge about his trade and the experience he provided I have never had in another salon. I was watching the stylist not be the least concerned about running so late, and no one spoke to me or apologized. I had an 11:45 appointment. At noon, I was still waiting winning update. I was watching the stylist not be the least concerned about running so late, and no one spoke to me or apologized. The arrogance of assuming that a client can happily or easily accommodate a 15 minute plus delay with no explanation is not professional and very frustrating.

I booked with Kamryn and she was the sweetest and listened to me ramble endlessly She did an amazing job. I had her take my jaw length bob ALL THE WAY short, and she nailed it.
