She gives a great massage but I only gave her 3 stars because she is horrible on communicating. First time I went to her was with a Groupon and like I said she did great. Second time I booked through her website but I put the wrong day(i was actually working), so when I tried to call to tell her the mistake she never returned my call so I lost that money for my massage. I still tried to give her a third chance and bought another Groupon this time. However her website wouldn’t let me book and said she no longer accepted Groupon. I tried multiple times to call her and never got a response, so I just ended up calling Groupon and changing my location. I won’t ever try her again.

Hands down the best massage I’ve had in the US. Felita gave me the most relaxing massage. She used different techniques that I have not experienced before. Highly recommended and did not disappoint. She will give you a membership for free. The membership drops the price of the massage from $90 to $45. Where else can you find a massage that cheap that is well worth it?! I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. The massage was great. Felita is very knowledgeable and down to earth, at the end of my service she specifically asked me how the area’s I was concerned about were feeling (so much better). I also liked that the intake form was online it saved me time and was convient. I can tell that she has a true passion for what she does. Thank you!

This place is amazing! She found kinks and knots in muscles that I didn’t even know I had! We wanted to do a couples massage (my sis and I) but there was only the one therapist in, so to make us comfortable, we went one at a time but in the couples room! It’s a little hard to find amongst all of the other stores in the plaza but it’s just a single door right next to the pizza shop. Go like you’re going to the pizza shop and you’ll find it a bit easier. Very good, very professional, and very accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They scheduled a 5 PM massage for me, told me to be there at 4:45 PM which I was and I waited until after 5 PM. Lights were out and door was locked. I called twice and no one answered. After driving home, a woman called me and lied stating they were there the whole time and walked outside supposedly when I was standing there. It’s absolute fraud to charge someone for a massage and then not show up. Groupon was nice enough to give me a refund. I do not recommend this business or the owners whatsoever! What a waste of time and terrible customer service!
