Very sad for my poor experience today. I went for copper and I got auburn. They tried to save it with a toner that just made it look darker and the receptionist tried to convince me that what I got was what was in the photo I brought. It’s not. Unfortunately I will not return to this business. The staff was friendly and it was clean, maybe someone else will have better luck. The colorist who’s name I’ll leave out of it said it was the bleach but whenever I do my hair at home the color is usually brighter on the bleached hair, yet fades faster. I gave this 3 stars because I feel bad for the people there. They’re not bad people they just did a really bad job on me today. I still even have dye on my forehead. I don’t typically spend money on myself, always just the kids. I feel so ugly.

I have gotten my hair cut by Piper a few times and every time she does it exactly how I want it and makes it look great! I got balayage done by Kelly last week and she did amazing. I was afraid of getting my hair dyed because it never looks exactly how I want and I don’t do it often, but Kelly made my hair look great without me even telling her what I wanted. Now I want to keep this style for my hair for a long time. Will definitely continue to go to Felipe’s thanks to Piper and Kelly!

Since I started coming to Piper for my hair, there isn’t a week that goes by when I don’t hear “ooh, I love your hair!” from someone. Kelly and Elena do great color, and everyone is friendly and accommodating. Definitely my favorite salon!

I just went in for the first time last month with a Groupon and saw Piper. I was afraid she wouldn’t be good because of the discount, but she turned out to be really talented. I went a lot shorter with my hair, and I have a lot of hair, and she managed to make it look trendy and great. I will be going back to see her. Hopefully I found a salon I can stick with, though I am 30 mins away. For a good haircut it’s worth the drive.
