I absolutely love Felipa! I have been going to her for about four years. Prior to meeting Felipa, I went all around S.A. experimenting with different stylists to help me achieve a perfect “Instagram”/”Pinterest” style bob. No one could ever seem to get me that picture perfect bob UNTIL I discovered Felipa! I highly recommend her for this. She is very sweet, always friendly, and always provides the most efficient service.
