Krystal colors my hair perfectly, even better than I asked for. Sandra is a genius stylist, meticulously cutting the perfect amount of layers to give the illusion of great volume. I have been going to Fekkai Soho for many years. Fabrice has consistently been my stylist. He is a wonderful and listens to what I want. Over the years, I have had many colorists. Now I have Kelly. I have been a client for many years since the early days. Have been to Greenwich and many other salons. I called this morning because I was in the area. Got an appointment for 11 with “Mr. Tomo”. Well, avoid him at all cost. He argued with me for the first 10 minutes and then when he finished with that, he criticized my hair. “You need keratin!” “You need color!” Both said with aggression and hostility. He spent more time complaining and trying to add services than doing his job. Spoke with Kathryn, salon manager. She didn’t seem to care either. Sad that this once venerable brand has slid to hawking product and intimidation.

Amazing hair salon with top notch service. The stylists will offer you a drink and will take care of you completely. There are tons of magazines to look through while you are getting a hair cut and you will come out looking absolutely beautiful. I especially love how natural the highlights come out – you won’t need root touch ups right away and can wait as the new hair that grow out looking almost natural even if they are a slighlty different color.
