I had the BEST experience at Feja’s!! I called to make a same-day appointment for a spa package (Metro Revitalize) and they moved things around to fit me into the schedule. Each service I received was provided by friendly and knowledgeable professionals who took pride in their work and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone greeted me by name and the manager took me on a guided tour of the facility. The spa has a beautiful, spacious layout yet it has a very cozy feel. I look forward to returning there VERY SOON!

I have been getting my hair cut by Feja since I was 9 years old and after several salons, endless terrible haircuts by other “qualified” professionals, Feja has been the best out of everyone I have gone to. She makes sure that you are happy with the style and the color that you got and remembers your preferences so the next time you have an appointment you barely have to explain what you want. Although Feja’s is a bit on the expensive side, it is well worth it for the guarantee that you won’t go home with a bad haircut.

I’ve now been to Feja’s twice for massages- the first time for a deep tissue massage/reflexology massage (May 2013?) and the second, most recent time (Jan/2014), I had a relaxation massage. Both times were very pleasant experiences.

In all honesty, Feja has the absolute most egregious business policies in the entire Health & Beauty industry! She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would recommend that absolutely no one come to this salon!

Located in a very quaint, large and opened space. Employees are always friendly and accommodating. Feja is a great stylist and hair cutter. I highly recommend this hair designer.

I really like the variety of services all available in one location. I got the best manicure here. I had a great massage, and being aware of the muscles I was straining in my job helped prevent my headaches. I had an updo here that I absolutely hated and made me late for the event as well.

I am a loyal costumer since Feja opened 8 years ago. I usually go for hair appointments mostly and the occasional mani-pedi. All i can say is that Service is Excellent and professional since day one. i don’t go anywhere else.. why would I when I am pampered and treated so well!… Thank you Feja!!

Do NOT use this salon. The customer service is the worst. First they gave my appointment away one hour prior. When they called to let me know, I told them I needed it for a special trip the following weekend. She insisted on trying to reschedule but I did not have that much free time before trip, so, we could not agree on a time. This was October. When I called this morning, the woman who answered did not remember the situation. I then just asked for an appointment. She refused because she thought ny Groupon expired. I told her they didn’t and asked again for an appointment. She asked for code and I was hesitant because she could mark it redeemed. She was then quite rude and refused to let me speak to owner or manager. She actually had the nerve to tell me to go elsewhere and hung up on me!
