Clearly they don’t care what hairstyle you ask for, you get what they want you to have. Please check after the 1st braid and make sure it’s the style you’re asking for.. I asked for kinky twists came out with short senagalese twist. Another customer a few weeks prior to my personal experience got box braids and she asked for kinky twists…That should have been a sign then, but I went back and gave them another chance…it’s too expensive to not get what you asked for…Please go somewhere deserving of your money, because this isn’t it. Not to mention my apt was set for 2pm and I got in the chair at 4pm….just go somewhere else!!!!!

I always get mad compliments about my hair when she does my braids. She’s always on time, professional, courteous, clean, all of her braids are laid super neat and she’s a fast braider!!! I got my hair braided and 1 week after I got my hair down the braids were loose. 3 weeks later I started losing braids. I spoke with the owner and she didnt offer any assistance. She said I should get something different next time. Sorry but there wont be a next time.

Before i made an appointment i showed Fefe the hair style that i wanted and asked her if she would be able to do it, she said yes. I went in on a Friday and the next morning i woke up and a twist had fallen out.. no biggie it was in the back, but as i was feeling around almost all of the twists were loose and soon to be gone too.. i texted her and asked told her about it and she said no problem come in and I’ll fix it, i left work a little early on Wednesday so she could redo them.. she claimed that my hair was short and that’s why they were falling out. If that was the case when other people have done my hair it would have happened too! My regular braider moved out of town which is the only reason why i came to her… anyway the next day at work my coworker looked st my hair and said nothing was done different, she only fixed 3 twists! Until i get my hair done again i got someone to put rubber bands on to save me some time… i tried to contact Fefe about how unhappy i was and she tried to argue that my hair length was the problem… she has not returned my messages since… I’ve never had this experience before, but i am pretty upset that i lost $150 for a hairstyle to last me less than a week… also when she dipped the hair is the boiling water at the end, the back of my head burned, i did not notice until yesterday that i had scabs there now… i will i had seen the facebook and google reviews before going there also…i will not be returning.

Loved. The girl was amazing with my hair. I came here on last minute because the shop I normally go to had a massive wait time. She took her time, talked to me about my natural hair & suggested styles that would last longer.

Had a 9am appointment. Got there at 0845h, because I am responsible like that lol. Sat down and saw a text from Fefe saying I should arrive at 0930h. Can you imagine that! Come to find out someone else was going to make my hair, and she “took her daughter to the dentist.” Why was I not told immediately? Because it was most likely a lie! Lady walks in at 1030h, no apology. Will I be coming here again? No. Drove 30 minutes to get here. Ridiculous!!!!

They braid way too tight around the edges! You can tell them it’s too tight and they continue to braid the way THEY want on your dime.

I would never go back there ever again. I telling you now people. Don’t go there. I payed 220dollars for braids. They messed it up and refuse to fix it and give me some of my money back. I the last person to drag any business through thw mood. But after my experience at this place. I can’t sit back and watch it happen to someone else. They have nasty attitude. They don’t greet you when u come in the place. And they don’t want to admitted to there wrongs. Like what they did to me. I never got treated in that way befor. So please take what i am saying. Don’t go there. Let my experience be a lesson to you who are debating on going there. Thanks you for. Your time. They will not let me post this unless i give a star. Which i wouldn’t give them none. If i can go around it. But one star. Ok which they don’t deserves it .
