Positive: Communication, QualityI have been coming here for over 10 years. I now have my family and friends loving it. A friend of the family working there. As a massage therapist myself, I am very picky. This is my home away from home. The receptionists are so kind and welcoming. The owners are fabulous kind loving people and their therapists have great skills beyond average. Yes, the 4% surcharge is my only complaint I have experienced in the years I’ve been a patient. I have been coming here for over 10 years. I now have my family and friends loving it. A friend of the family working there. As a massage therapist myself, I am very picky. This is my home away from home. The receptionists are so kind and welcoming. The owners are fabulous kind loving people and their therapists have great skills beyond average. Yes, the 4% surcharge is my only complaint I have experienced in the years I’ve been a patient. I look forward to my scheduled days.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for 4+ years and have primarily seen Jasmine who is the real deal. She’s the absolute best and has gotten me through two difficult pregnancies. Can’t say enough good things about her! In general, the business is great and they always handled my insurance without issue. They send you a reminder if your referral is expired which was helpful. The only thing that bothered me was a couple times when Jasmine called out or changed her schedule, I was not notified ahead of time and offered a reschedule. I walked in and was just seen by someone else despite being a loyal client of Jasmine’s. I recognize last minute things like a sick call not always being able to be addressed ahead of time, but there were multiple times where it was an advance schedule change and it was just assumed I should be fine seeing someone else. Wearing masks, keeping 6 feet apart, cleaning after every patient, both the lobby and private treatment rooms, screening patients and allowing patients to cancel if they are not feeling well. It is in our best interest to keep all of our employees and all our patients safe and confident that we are a very safe place to receive a Medical Massage. Wearing masks, keeping 6 feet apart, cleaning after every patient, both the lobby and private treatment rooms, screening patients and allowing patients to cancel if they are not feeling well.
