I started seeing Heather at Feather’s Touch when I was having some shoulder/back pain from working out. When I scheduled my massage with her I didn’t really know which one of the options I needed. I spoke with her and told her my issues and she advised me on what would be best. Let me tell you, she is amazing!!!!! I left with no pain and felt the most relaxed than I had in a long time! Heather is hands down the best massage therapist around. When I started seeing her, I had been through a couple others with no luck on them actually helping any of my issues (I had major knots in my back and shoulders and some major hip impairments from some previous surgeries). With regular sessions with Heather, I almost never have pain in my hip and have been able to squat heavy pain free for the first time in my life. I have also been a long sufferer of tension headaches and those have gone away as well. On top of that Heather is also one of the most wonderful humans you will ever meet!
