Several months ago I purchased Groupons for the GoGlow Facial. I scheduled the appointments on 8/13 @9am & 9:45am via StyleSeat days in advance. When we arrived the business was CLOSED! No one was there. We didn’t even live in the area so it was a waste of time and gas, not to mention it threw off the subsequent plans we made for that day. Someone at this business had several days to contact me about the time conflict. Just unprofessional. Luckily Groupon gave me a refund.

I’ve always had issues with muscle tightness in the back. A friend of mine suggested trying this place out as she visits often for the Spa. I’m not really into the Spa thing but she got to describing how good she feels after a treatment, so I figured I’d give it a go. Well, she was right on the money. I mean, I actually was a little embarrassed because I feel asleep and started snoring. Needless to say, I’m going back. Also bought a gift card, knocking a Christmas gift out of the way.

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was horrible. I purchased a groupon online and tried to book several times with the company. They NEVER answer the phone and the recording prompts you to make an appointment with “styleseat”. I had already paid for the groupon so I didn’t want to pay again but that was the only way to get an appointment after trying to contact them for weeks. I put a message in the comments to let them know that I was a groupon customer and I had already purchased the groupon for a foot massage. I received a conformation. The DAY of the massage. I received a message stating that groupons could ONLY be used on Thurs, Fri, and Saturday and I would have to call to make an appointment. I responded back that I have been trying to call. I still have not gotten a response and am still stuck with 3 foot massages that I cannot use.

This business has to be the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with! Fearless Chic offers Groupon specials for facial at what seems to be a good price until you actually try to schedule an appointment and you can never get anyone on the phone. I visited the establishment a couple weeks ago around 5 only to find out that they were closed even if on their website and listing it states that they close at 6. After calling the number on the website several times I was finally able to get an answer and I was told by the owner that they closed early that day. I’m still baffled at the fact that no note was left or anything. I bought my groupon to have a facial done by them for a while now and I have yet to get it done because no one ever answers the phone or returns any messages. And then they wonder why small business owners have it so hard, it’s because one bad apple spoils the bunch.
