If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR EYEBROWS OR RESPECT YOURSELF. These ladies are unprofessional and have bad attitudes. I asked for a clean up and before I know it, I had two uneven eyebrows. I asked her to fix it politely because it was very noticeable. Her response was to sigh and roll her eyes, and proceeded to “fix” it. When I look into the mirror, A CHUNK OF MY INNER EYEBROW IS GONE. I point this out to her and her response was to roll her eyes and say “I don’t know.” She did not fix it, and left with one eyebrow higher than the other, while one had a chunk missing.

Do not go here!!! I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I did. I told her just a clean up NOT too thinwith a slight arch.. and when she was done with my left brow I had a bald spot and i told her and she said oh I can fix it. Nope! Being new to Chicago I have been searching for a brow place near me.i tried the place inside wal mart and they did an amazing job and I told her about this place to make small talk and she has the nerve to say they have bad service and dont do a great job .. very unpofessional to slander a competitor. I should have just kept walking after I was rudely ignored because apparently having headphones on and being your phone is the way to run a business. STAY away!!!

I asked the lady for a slight arch. I guess “slight” wasn’t the word she was thinking off when she decided to take most of my brows hairs off and completely thin them. Stay away.
