Quite upset! Asked to keep long and thick and now I have thin and CHOPPED short eyebrows. Was extremely rushed less than 2 minutes with no precision and rough and uneven. Will not go back. Also left hair I had to pluck and pulled out my eyelash on accident with the thread. Did not apply any aftercare solution/oil/cream. Did not clean skin before.

Great experience at Feah. Quick and personable service. Eyebrow threading costs $11. They also offer eyebrow tinting and extensions. They are located right next to the bouncy attraction on the first floor of valley view mall, near Sbarro’s pizza.

I’ve been getting my brows done here for years. Today was unfortunately my last day. They always do a good job with my brows but I decided to get my lashes done today. I told her just enough to make it noticable. Well she glued my eye lids shut and I was in tears by the time she got them unstuck. Then I looked in the mirror and had eyelashes that touched my eyebrows. WHAT! She told me “next time ask for short”. Needless to say I pulled them out as soon as I walked out. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Eyebrows always come out amazing! I get the tint as well. I did try the lashes today and they were not done correctly ended up coming off about 5 mins after getting them done. Will not try lashes again.

The eyebrow was okay and fast. When she finished, I did not pay too much attention to the pain because I know threading hurts more. But 10 minutes later, I still felt painful and it was unusual since all the waxing and threading I did before never felt like that. So I looked at the mirror and noticed some cuts. This was really the first time I was cut because of the eyebrow threading and this should not be from someone who is supposed to be professional. Also, the woman who did the threading for me was not friendly. These photos are from the second day.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to love going here and had great results but the past few times I have been were terrible. Shinaz is rude, rushes you, and doesn’t give the results she’s capable of. Not sure what’s going on now, but unfortunately I will not be returning. I sent a lot of business to her and have had the same feedback lately.

I don’t think it’s the same staff member but these past couple visits felt very rushed. I’ve had some pleasant past experiences. No greeting when you walk in and when I attempted to explain what I wanted she said “just lean back and I will do the best I can.”
