Worst place ever! I actually have a hard time believing it is a real salon. I had reservations on a Thursday for my bridal party and myself which was booked months in advance. They had 2 people to complete 7 mani/pedis and trial run on our hair. They were able to complete 3 terrible manicures and 3 terrible manicures, not one person was able to get both. They were so poorly done that one of the girl’s husband thought their six year old daughter painted her finger nails. They never got to one hair consultation. My wedding was that Saturday and thank goodness for another salon who made special accommodations to take on myself and the entire bridal party. The boss explained to me during my pedicure that her staff member completing the manicures lives in complete filth and mold and she felt she was ill due to her living conditions. Her rationale of why their service was so poor was because her only worker there besides her was ill. When I called to cancel for that Saturday she asked why. I started to explain everything was terrible and she argued and blamed me? Didn’t realize I was responsible for running her business. I would not let them groom my dog, there was no way I was giving them permission to touch my hair for my wedding reception. Very unorganized, unprofessional, awful to work with ….. just terrible customer service.

Michelle cut my hair; she was very friendly and I was happy with my cut. Price was reasonable. When I went they were still fairly new and the back of the salon was in a little bit of disarray, but it won’t keep me from going back.

Literally one of the worst hair cuts I have ever received. She cut my bangs so short, that they now stand up straight. All I asked for was a slight trim on my bang and ends, and now my bangs sit above my eyebrows and she cut more than 4 inches of my ends. I also decided to receive a “Brazilian Blow Out”, but I now realize why she gave it to me for so cheap. My hair is destroyed! She said I was a perfect candidate, so I bought the shampoo she recommended but my hair is now so olily! If I could give them negative stars I would!

Worst hair place I’ve been too. I went in for foil highlights when I got there I was persuaded to color my roots to blend with my hair. When I left there I had chemical burns all over my scalp. The stylist said she didn’t notice when she washed my hair. I called a few days later to tell them about it they were very rude and told me it was my fault. She said she would send me some sort of refund in the mail I have yet to see anything and it’s been 10 days. If you value your hair do not go here Wal-Mart’s salons does a lot better

Went for my wedding hair trial at 12:00 today. Sat down, customer came in saying she had appt at 12 also and had to do it now, so Michelle said she was gonna go dye her hair and then bounce back and forth between us both. After waiting for her to dye her hair she did my hair but it’s not even close to what I wanted.. Looks like a 4 year pinned and tucked the hair.. Absolutely horrible! Waste of $35..sooo pissed actually!
