These ladies have been doing my hair for about two years. They do a wonderful job. I have always received many compliments on my hair style whereever I go. Or waiting for an hour to be seen. My stylist used way too much gel on my braids in the front. When I left I had to remove the gel because it was caked on and white. Braids

Hair Professionally Done by “Michelle.” This was the “FIRST” time I’ve gotten Braids (since the Early 80’s) and my Scalp was NOT Aching for Days on End. I was in “Awe” with the “Fullness, Coverage, The Uniformity in All the Braids, the Great Night Sleep I had, etc. I will ” HIGHLY” Recommend this Lady. It took her 3-1/2 hours to complete my hair which is Braided to my Bra and Michelle did it By Herself! She was NOT on the Cell phone and Neither was I. ” If you want the Quality Service, you need to be in Full Cooperation and do Your Part to Make Yourself HAPPY. .

Sadly, I did not have a good experience here. My appointment was to be with Michelle (I had requested her due to the great reviews she received). Upon arriving Michelle was working on someone else. I was told that “someone” would be arriving soon to do my hair. The lady arrived about 20/30 mins after my scheduled appointment time. She was a very nice woman. However, it was obvious she was not an experienced braider . The braids were extremely tight at the scalp and I’m in day 3 of not being to lay my head on my pillow due to pain. The braid quality is poor and I’m just overall very unhappy with it especially after paying $260. I’m sure they’re very nice people but I wouldn’t return or recommend them.

This week for the first time in years I’ve decided to have passion twists crocheted as a protective style. I looked online for reviews in my area and came across Michielle’s salon. I was so glad to see the positive reviews. I made an appointment online and Michelle accommodated me at 6am in the morning! Wow. It was a clean salon and in a safe neighborhood. I will be going back to see her to add in box braids. Michelle worked me in on the same day, she asked questions and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair before starting. The hair that is provided is great quality and she has multiple shades to pick from. The prices are reasonable and her work is beautiful. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does everything was done with the spirit of excellence. I LOVE my braids I will definitely be back!!

Customer service is exceptional, clean, Michelle and her staff has definitely gave me an exceptional experience!!
