Great customer service she fit me in on her day off that alone I will be a customer for life she made sure I was comfortable she also is a perfectionist when was done she felt like one of the braids was not up to her standards and let me know she was going to redo them fixed any issue she had with it she is very attention to detail before I left she went over all of the hair snip any stragglers of hair she also adds oils for moisture and anti itch she has very reasonable pricing she also makes you feel so comfortable like your at home she ask if it’s to hot she can turn on a fan or to cold she can close a window just a great woman with and enormous heart and a passion for hair if your looking for a hair braiding lady you will not be disappointed also she can do any style you would like bring pictures is a big help.Service: HairstylingI just wanted to say that to favor braiding she is just a wonderful lady. Regina is very talented at what she does and takes her time to ensure she does a perfect job each time. I have SEVERE alopecia and about 40% baldness from it which you would never know when I have my weave done by Regina. Due to my alopecia and having fineAsian hair my scalp is very sensitive and getting weaves done by others in the past was unbearably painful but Regina magically somehow knows how to do a strong and tight weave on me free of tons of pain. After trying a few people I Am grateful I finally found my go to for weaves here in OC so I no longer need to drive to LA. I have gone to Regina for my full weave with closure several times now and have always had an amazing experience. Regina is very talented at what she does and takes her time to ensure she does a perfect job each time.
