The first time I went, they did a great job. I made an appointment to return on a Sunday at 2. I received a phone call at 10 minutes after 1 asking if I could come in at 1 instead (that would require me to travel back in time). I pointed out the fact that was impossible and the stylist asked if I could come in later. She rescheduled me for 6 PM. I showed up for my appointment and the mall had been closed for an hour. So she deliberately rescheduled me for a time where they were closed. So I went to Great Clips the following week and paid less than half the price…

Faust Salon is elegant and friendly. The location, close to Target in the Capitola 41st Ave. mall, is so convenient for parking & even some shopping after you get your beauty treatment. Rebecca Sutton is the BEST stylist. A genius with hair color and she gives excellent cuts. You won’t regret a visit to Faust.
