So glad I found Anna Jo! I have major anxiety (get a little nervous) when getting a haircut. Just booked a bang trim since that’s all I thought I needed. From the second she started working on my hair I felt completely comfortable. She understood exactly what I hoped for, and cut like she could have done it with her eyes closed. I never knew how good a haircut could be until I had my hair cut by Anna Jo. My hairs lays perfectly, without effort, for months after each cut. I have been going to her for years; She has done major transformations for my hair before and we’ll as routine trims. She listens to what I want, gives input, and explains her process. Richard was awesome. I was struggling to find a salon here in Tucson, and found faun and trusted that since it was in the Mercado, it would be high quality. That, plus Richard’s real good reviews below made me book a cut (blunt bob!) and highlights without knowing much. I was blown away!! For any blondes looking for highlights that looks natural but still noticeable (nothing worse than leaving the salon feeling the same as you walked in), book Richard! He nailed it, and I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in his chair- think it’s my best color ever!

I flew to Arizona to see Richard! He colored my hair in San Francisco and does the best blonde. I have super fine, curly hair and he does root lifts to protect it, whereas many other colorists use bleach. Plus, he’s just a wonderful human. Thank you, Richard!
