Critical: PunctualityMy appointment was between 10-10:30 am. When I arrived the stylist was not here. I have been here before and I had expressed to the other stylist that I having neck surgery and I cannot put strain on my neck to take out the braids. Furthermore, I told them the day before it was my husband’s 50th birthday so I wanted my hair done before the festivities. Very unprofessional. Not on time. This is my second time and last time. My appointment was between 10-10:30 am. When I arrived the stylist was not here. I have been here before and I had expressed to the other stylist that I having neck surgery and I cannot put strain on my neck to take out the braids. Furthermore, I told them the day before it was my husband’s 50th birthday so I wanted my hair done before the festivities. Very unprofessional. Not on time. This is my second time and last time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAs a fellow Business Owner, my experience with the Owner Fatu was NOT a very pleasant one. Down to making the appointment via phone showed her unprofessionalism. I should of known not to go after she first said one price and then asked me what I was willing to pay after I said nothermind. Upon arrival, wasn’t very professional and seemed to get irritated when I asked questions about the style. She literally told me I was being DIFFICULT when I was trying to make sure beforehand. Little did she know I used to do hair, in order not to be difficult she showed me my hair section and I said it looks too thin of a part and she said she knows what she is doing. I let her be, as she continued and was about to start the braiding she realized the size of fake hair and that I was RIGHT and the parting was too thin which could lead to breakage. This took even more time and she didn’t seem to care that I had to return to work. As far as the actual service, I wanted crochet twists and NEVER in my life have I seen someone literally take my real hair (which is long) after pulling thru once and just wrap mine loosely around it, when I asked her about this she pretty much ignored it. The next day, I put my hair up and my real hair literally unraveled and several twists came out and STILL are. I called her and let her know how unhappy I was and that I’m a Business Owner too and that this service was not good, all she did was say sorry and as I type my hair style looks homeless. I would NOT recommend to anyone. I hope she sees this and learns to do it right the FIRST TIME because loyal & repeat customer do exist if you treat them right.
