Total waste of money because braids fell out of my daughter’s hair each time I had them done here (twice). Also it’s god-forsaken hot in this place with a few fans blowing hot air on the clients and braiders. As for anyone sitting outside of the fans blowing, you’re outta luck. Like someone else mentioned, they don’t offer breaks for bathroom or lunch and they ended up taking a long time to finish up on our second visit. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I will never go back to that shop. In the middle of braiding my hair one of the braiders said that they were going to run a quick errand that would only last 15-20 min. She was gone for an entire hour. I kept asking the other braiders could they call her or atlesst finish up for her but the kept shrugging me off like ” oh she’ll be here” yeah I know she’ll eventually com back but the question is WHEN? All the braiders were mean in my opinion not nice at all. The head lady seemed nice and she even called my cell to apologize for the braider leaving me like like that. I was so fed up I was gonna ask for a refund but the don’t do refunds and you have give them the cash up front! Also once I’ve got home I noticed they braided my hair from the root then started giving me the twist I did not ask for that at all! 180$ down the drain. Please whatever you do don’t go to the shop.

I loved it there. I’m tender headed and they were gentle. My hair is sooo beautiful. The worker’s there are soooo sweet they do talk alot in their native language WHICH is awesome. They care about their clients they do it all there. And being from NY. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL. YOUNG AND OLD. trust me no one will be disappointed and the prices are good., they have good conversation and they have good old fashion morals and values. And I have to add they ALL have a good spirit. And they work VERY HARD TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS.
