To get to my official reason, I took my five year old daughter here to get her hair done before the first day of school. Once the lady finished my daughter’s hair they charged me $83.00 even though they told me $50.00 over the phone for Crochet hairstyle. Just because of this, I’m most likely not going to come back here because it shows me how they handle business and more reasons.

I recently moved from Illinois to Georgia and was looking for a braid shop to get my hair done. I found this shop right around the corner from where I live. Let’s just say I never go here again and don’t recommend them to anyone… my head is a mess. I feel like I just gave my money away. I’m 2 weeks in and my hair look like it’s been up for over a month. They are very rude here upon walking in no one greeted us, the lady rushed through my daughter head she did a terrible job. My daughter got her hair did yesterday and it looks like she had it in for a month..I highly don’t recommend this place of business they are unprofessional and cannot braid hair. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe only reason that I came to this shop was because my normal hairbraider was booked. I just moved to the area and thought I would try this shop. I feel I like I was overcharged for my service. They were rudeand unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and when I spoke of the physical discomfort, she said was dismissive. I have been to this place to get my hair done a couple of times and I have never had any problems! I always arrive soon they open because I would always get box braids or Senegalese twists! I would be in and out by 1pm looking extra fresh! If I hadn’t of move out of state I would still be coming to this hair place❤️ Also too the ladies were nice and sweet so no issues for me

I arrived when they opened and they were on time. The woman that did my hair was nice and had it done within 2 hours so I was appreciative of that. The hairstyle I wanted was kind of difficult so I asked for something similar and simple. I don’t love my hair because the sides are uneven and the hanging braids are not full. I think if I decide to visit next time I’ll just ask what is their specialty and I just wanna wish she would of told me she couldn’t do it or hasn’t done it before and I would of chosen another style.

I’ve always had a great experience with them. Took my daughter to them for years and I even had a few braiding styles with no problems. Only reason I stopped going was because I move to Atlanta. But they were always so nice and the mother was the one who recommended not braiding the edges so close and my daughter edges were good. Even helped grow my step daughter edges back.

I brought my little sister here to get her hair braided. She wanted two halo braids. We showed them a picture and instead of them saying “We cannot do this style.” They did it anyways and it looked bad starting in the center of her head, the part was uneven, and one braid was bigger than the other. When we called and asked for them to fix it they agreed but now that we are here, they have an attitude and want to mumble sly remarks. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. The hair style is not worth your money. The shop looks ran down and overall customer service is really bad. I believe that when you’re running a business you have to be compassionate and considerate of others and always stand by the motto “The customer is always right.”.

I actually recently went to her house, to get my hair done Mother’s Day 2020 , and she told me at the last minute to drive to her house, she knew I did not have enough hair and let me pay her and I walked out her house with braids showing in the back of my head, I paid her 80$ I used my phone to look at the back of my head and I realized the corn rolls was showing. I text her if she could finished my hair after I ordered more packs of hair , and she gave me a long wait time for her to fix my hair , I am not going to wait that long to get my hair finished when I paid her the full price. I don’t recommend no one to go to her she did not deserve all my 80$ only 20$ for putting in effort because my head was incomplete and she took my money and she knew I had Corn-roll braids showing in the back. Praying she find a relationship with God.
