I wanted individuals and my hair was very short in the back so they said that we will try. I didn’t want to waste my money so I wanted to clarify what that meant. I requested throughout the process that I wanted them to braid my hair to the end and to add highlights. The person that started my hair forgot to add highlights on her side of my head until the end because she talked on her phone the entire time that she braided my hair. The short older lady that answers the phone came to help her after awhile in the process and she eventually took over braiding my hair. She did whatever she wanted to do. She did not braid my hair to the end. In fact she intentionally braided my hair halfway and left as much remaining as possible. It was uneven after she trimmed it and she left bulks of the trimmed hair on my clothing that I was not able to see until I got home. I had to go back the next day for them to make adjustments and they still did not do what I requested. They did not like that I asked questions or made requests. Not only did they talk about me but other customers as well as the called or came in. They are mean spirited and are not professional. The owner gives them to much trust to run the place on their own so they do what they want to do. It was a horrible experience. The Africans hate black Americans theory is very much in affect here. I warn you, find somewhere else to go for service.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR HAIR BRAIDED PLEASE, I went to this shop on last Monday 6/9/2020 to get small individuals and they completely jacked the back up and the front is smaller than the back and very messy. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI want to start off by saying that I have been getting knotless box braids frequently for the past two years ! Two months ago my braider moved to a different state so I had been in search of a new place to get my hair braided. I went there after getting some horrible faux locks for a takedown and knotless box braids.I never take anything personal so when they kept commenting about how horrible my faux locks wereIn front of everyone in the salon ,I laughed it off because I needed my hair done. They did some knotless braids and they looked OK so I figured I’d go back there again for my touch up .I called two days prior to ensure that it would be OK to get a knotless touch up and the day before to confirm again. I have class at 11 am so I got up early to be there at 7 AM. I was told over the phone it would take 2 to 3 hours. I arrived in the rain I was met at the door aggressively by an associate. She asked where I needed to touch up at ?I told her the front and back or wherever she felt necessary it did not matter the cost. I had been there just three weeks ago paid with no problem and I tipped well ! She then told me that it is pointless for me to get a touchup it’s still going to look bad and that I should never have gotten knotless! I have been getting knotless braids with the touchups for two years! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I am extremely frustrated! Critical: QualityI walked up to the locked door at 7:30 for a question only and the two ladies threw their hand up and they only had one person in there. I just wanted the price of knotless braids. But they were rude and would not cone answer my question. Well you lost a potential customer.

Efficient, fasts , and great customer service ! My opinion still stands but there policy needs some evaluation . I brought the same hair I used previously before and it covered my entire head . I used the same hair this time and it doesn’t cover my entire head . You’d think before she completely finishes she’d advised me of this but no she waits until we’re done to say there isn’t enough hair . Now I’m given the opportunity to leave and get more hair with full payment . I declined and offered to pay half being that my mid section is missing hair . I understand people run off but I could’ve provided collateral . Threatening to call the police won’t change my mind but instead give me a reason to give you to make that call . I had to cut up and then come back to get my hair finished .

I came to get my hair braided on April 23… three of my braids fell out so I came to get them replaced because it’s in the back and on the side … however they make me sit there and wait to 30 minutes because they were assisting other customers ! First and foremost I’ve been coming here since I was 16 I remember when one of the sisters was having her child and I’ve also recommend customers to you and you treat me like this ?! This is unacceptable because 150 compared to my three wouldn’t have taking anytime at all to complete and they wanted to give me a hard time ! That’s unacceptable and I explained to the lady I will never come here again and she said that’s fine don’t come back!
