Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueStylist told me to be there at 9:30 and showed up 9:45am. Then I sent her a hair style to braid my sons hair and told me she cold do it. She did not come close to the style. When i showed her the pic that i sent her and what she did. She got mad! I wish i could post the style i showed her and what she did! Not satisfied or happy! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! they canceled my appointment and didn’t bother to call me an tell me. So I come in and they tell me they can’t do it an had the audacity to have an ATTITUDE! Didn’t bother to apologize or anything! I called them 4x that day an each time I called Fatou tells me a time then when I come in she ask can I come in at different time! Completely waisted my whole day and time going up there all day. It’s the only hair braiding place out here in Brunswick so they think they can treat there customers how ever an expect ppl to still come because we have no other choice.. I go to the one on Hinesville now. A bit far but worth the sanity!

Unfortunately they brush your hair too hard, they don’t handle your hair will care like a hair shop should. A comb through it with force, I also asked for “6” braids in my hair, I showed a picture of exactly what I needed completed, but after they finished I ended up with over 26 braids. The style was very, very simple, a style a beginner could have completed but unfortunately they did not listen to my requests and even after messing up still charged me an unbelievable amount for such lack of care and detail put into my hair. I unfortunately would not recommend or refer this place of business.

You also have to provide your own hair . One of the ladies hung up in my face ! Very rude . The place is VERY DIRTY . & I would NOT recommend anyone to ever go here . Better off trying to do your own hair .

I loved all the Women they took good care of me!!!!! Not too tight and the braids were neat!!! She even worked with my schedule!!!! Thanks ladies !!! I felt like I was getting my hair done by family 🙂

Wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone they have very nasty attitudes especially fatou… You pay for a style from suki and it’s not what you wanted…They say they can do your hair to your liking and it isn’t!! Been going for 3 year’s but I’m done with them!!

I have taken my 18 year old to this place several times to get her hair done against my better wishes because they are rude and charge her way too much and don’t even do a quality job a lot of the time and on top of that tell her to be there by a certain time and then when she gets there there’s other people with appointment at the same time that was given to her
