Fatou and her sisters are very polite and hard working women. The service and hospitality is great and I love my braids. It was fast and easy. The shop has a positive energy to it along with nice conversation with the stylists and customers. All in all, I will most definitely will be coming back with my kids and I will be recommending this salon to my family and friends!

I will never ever go to Fatou ever again. I was a regular customer. She is rude and unprofessional. I sat there and waited over an hour to get two braids in my head. She gets mad because I wanted to change my braids to Goddess braids. Remind you they haven’t even started on my head. She gets mad and starts talking about me while I’m there. How rude is that. Then gets an attitude. I will never spend another dime with them ever again. I advise anyone else not to either.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityFatou was 30 mins late and also double booked myself and another lady for a 9:00am appointment on the same day. We both got there at the same time the other woman just happened to walk in before me so when i walked in i stated i had a 9:00am appointment and Fatou said she does not do appointments. Well what do you call giving someone a specific time to be there? I would’ve been fine with an apology and asked to come back at a later time, she did not try to rectify the situation in any way at all just wanted to keep saying she doesn’t do appointments which made me upset. I left and will never return again due to the unprofessional attitude! I’ve heard bad things about her but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and see for myself, but everyone was right. Critical: QualityDon’t go to this shop spend your money somewhere else. I went to get knot less braids and they gave me long micros my daughter ask for box braids and she got individuals. They show up to the shop whenever they want to and the whole time you are there they are talking about Americans. This was the worst experience I have every had at this shop. They have changed alot. Very nice and quick!! I’m 34 weeks pregnant and came to get micro twist, which we all know takes 6-7 hrs or more. They made sure I was okay and they got done quick and with no problems. I really love my hair! Its neat and tight like I like it!!! Thank you Fatou

Don’t waste your time or money. Unprofessional, waited 3 hours for her to tell me to wait 1 more hour for her sister. I had just gotten off a overnight, mind you and Fatou knew that! I called the previous night. So I Went to get nails done, called her after for her to say her sister still wasn’t back. Or whatever bullshish story Fatou came up with. Long story short I never got my hair done there and never will. Disgusted in this place. I wouldn’t have gave a star if possible smh

Usually I’ve had good service here in the past years but just yesterday I went , it was two stylists there that morning (it was 8:45am) they open at 8:00 , the door was locked an they were working on one head when I arrived. After sitting in the chair getting my hair braided I had a stylist who could NOT stop checking her phone , she stopped braiding my hair to talk on the phone , kept going to the back leaving my hair unbraided, attempted to eat her catfish plate while braiding my hair which she ended up taking a break eating her plate , burped all over me over 9 times and waited that 10th time to say excuse me , instead of getting hair grease out the jar for my braids she stuck a glob of it to my forehead and used that …. it was just a overall bad experience there was more (her attitude) but it’s too much to type ♀️ Honey don’t waste your money / time .

My hair always looks good when I leave. Never had a problem. I usually spend 5-6hrs there for micros; half of that time I’m sleep and the other half I watch the African movies they play, because they’re good. lol
