Great job doing hair but the person that was doing my hair said she was going to be late . I waited two hours for her to come I should of left but I really wanted my hair done. Okay so this place is…. how can I say this.. Staff is nice but let’s just say professionalism is out the door however the work is amazing. Their box braids are beyond beautiful and they last at least 3 months if you take care of them. Overall if you don’t mind the lack of professionalism and the uncleanness of the shop you’ll be fine especially if you’re just getting braids being you’ll be at a sit still for a few hours.

Her response was it has to be tight for it to last. If I’m paying you my money and I say I don’t want it tight, it shouldn’t matter if it last or not as long as you get paid. It is unnecessary to braid someone’s hair that tight. I’m a hairstylist myself, I ask my clients are they tender headed before I even get started. It was an absolute horrible experience, torture the entire time. Never again and I hope the owner see’s this so she can see the pain she causes her clients.Never again!!!!
