Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had an appointment for Fulani braids done and I really enjoyed my experience! I was serviced to pretty quickly and the braiding work is super neat and well done regardless of who was doing it and every member of the staff was extremely professional and I love the way my hair came out. I had an appointment for Fulani braids done and I really enjoyed my experience! I was serviced to pretty quickly and the braiding work is super neat and well done regardless of who was doing it and every member of the staff was extremely professional and I love the way my hair came out. Everyone was also really nice and had great customer service. I can see myself coming again in the future! 🙂

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI use to come here all the time! Walk-ins and appointments. Usually have to wait a bit but didn’t usually mind. But today was too much. I had an 11:30am appointment. Walked in and said good morning not a single person spoke to me! Sat down and waited 2hrs and decided to walk out! I wasn’t rude about it but guess what… that’s when someone finally decided to speak. 2 hrs wait without someone acknowledging me or even telling me they’re running behind is disrespectful to someone’s time. I’m using my time and spending money for a service. It’s sad because they do great work for the most part. Unfortunately, this was it for me though.I use to come here all the time! I use to come here all the time! Walk-ins and appointments. Usually have to wait a bit but didn’t usually mind. But today was too much. I had an 11:30am appointment. Walked in and said good morning not a single person spoke to me! Sat down and waited 2hrs and decided to walk out! I really love coming to Fatou African Hair Braiding!! I’ve been coming since I was 8 years old and they’ve never disappointed me. The staff is very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I always recommend Fatou’s to everyone I know. They offer so many styles and always work quickly. I’ve had so many great experiences here and I always look forward to coming back.

I had an afternoon appt and they were kind enough to let me come earlier due to an opening. Once I arrived I was greeted, given a chair to sit in and they started on my hair right away. I got medium knotless braids and was done in 4 hrs. And, they don’t braid tight, my head wasn’t sore at all. They did an amazing job on my hair, I absolutely love it!! This is definitely my new hair braiding spot.All of the ladies in there were friendly, nice and very professional. I love the fact that they enforce mask wearing, too. One patron had her mask below her chin and her stylist nicely asked her to pull it up. I highly recommend Fatou’s Hair Braiding! My first time going here and it won’t be my last. I had an afternoon appt and they were kind enough to let me come earlier due to an opening. Once I arrived I was greeted, given a chair to sit in and they started on my hair right away. I got medium knotless braids and was done in 4 hrs.
