Critical: QualityI had single braids done by Katia. She did a terrible job. The braids came out within 2 weeks of visit, leaving big gaps of hair. I paid her $200 for bad braids and had to pay someone else to completely redo my braids. Waste of time and money.Service: Hair extensions

Critical: Quality, ValueThey braided what they wanted to, not what I asked for or what I showed them I wanted. They braided my hair extremely short because they were lazy. I won’t ever be coming back here again. They charged almost $200 for some shoulder length braids when I asked for mid-back length. They also did a trick of cornrowing down the hair mid-head to have to do less braids, instead of doing each braid as an individual. It’s worth it to just drive to phoenix and get it done there. They braided what they wanted to, not what I asked for or what I showed them I wanted. They braided my hair extremely short because they were lazy. I won’t ever be coming back here again. They charged almost $200 for some shoulder length braids when I asked for mid-back length. Kadia not only listened to me, but actually repeated it back!!!! I am licensed and am very particular about my hair. On the advice of another hairdresser, I found Fatis Hair Braiding and the Owner Kadia provided me with the best service ever. Definitely a better experience than the service I had received prior. Kadia not only listened to me, but actually repeated it back!!!! I love coming here, she’s on time, place is clean and my hair looks better every time!!!!
