Been going to Crystalina for years to get my nails done. It can be for a regular manicure, gel or acrylics and she does an amazing job every time! Not to mention she talks me out of acrylics(even though she can get more money) because my natural nails are always so long and healthy. Plus, all the other ladies at the shop are so sweet and down to earth. Love the environment of the shop when I go in for some mommy time. #mynailladysdope

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place it’s AMAZING! Everyone there is super nice and welcomeing. I’m just going to focus on my nail tech Crystalina. She is an amazing nail tech and ALWAYS has me leaving the shop feeling like a queen. She ALWAYS does beautiful work and not to mention she is a BEAUTIFUL person inside and out. I seriously look forward to seeing her every four weeks. She has never done a bad job on my nails and if I don’t like something she is so quick to fix it and make sure I am happy. I could never say anything bad about the beauty box. It’s a very clean and nice shop, when you walk in you just feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Recently I went to get my nails done with crystalina, 30 minutes after she finished doing them my nail broke off I was charged $52.00 (which is fine if she didn’t do a horrible job)!! I understand that this is a possibility and can happen, but I texted her if she could fix it and she said she only had a certain time available to fix it I expressed that I worked at that time and would not be able to I asked what other time she was free and she just read my message and did not reply… I decided to text her again the following days and she would read my messages and not reply!!! I’m very upset with the service she provided. She overcharged for a fill and my nails were ugly. Although this experience was bad I would recommend that anyone looking into this place not go to her and go to Addie she does a good job I normally go to her, but she’s always booked.

Hi everyone! I’m responding to Andrea Pacheco’s post. I should’ve listened to my instincts and cancelled the appointment after I waited 15 minutes for her. However I felt bad and since it’s the holiday season I decided not to cancel the appointment. Andrea had 3 different pictures of nails she was getting inspiration from. She arrived at 1:45 and said she had to be in Atwater at 3. I mentioned to her that because of the length of time she gave me, I would not be able to add that many designs. Unless she didn’t mind being late. She didn’t so I continued. I had to tell her 3 separate times to please not put her nails in her mouth because they had primer on them. Hence a nail breaking off. She also wanted 3d flowers and I told her those would be extra time and cost a bit more. After her asking “when will we be done?” I gave up. As far as her texting me when one broke. She did and I gave her different available times but she could not come to any of them. Not my fault. This whole appointment was rushed and I should’ve just asked to reschedule cause now look who looks bad. I have many clients that can and will speak highly of my work. I will also attach a photo if I can so everyone can see how the set came out. I have also tried reaching out to her so that I can give her a refund. The $50 she paid covered a new set, (she was missing about 4) 2 marble nails with a gold design on each, length and matte top coat. She works in Atwater at T-Mobile so I will try to visit her there to refund her $50. To me, it’s not about the money, I love my clients and job so much. This will only make me a better nail tech as I can take criticism of any kind, in a way to better myself.

I had gotten my nails done for prom last year and she followed the design I showed her very well, but didn’t put the nail close to my cuticle/proximal nail fold. It looked as if my nails had already grown out.
