Horrible experience! I was not able to get my hair braided. The same customer was in the chair for the five hours that I waited. The other braider didn’t offer to assist when she didn’t have anyone in her chair and once I got up to leave, they both were shocked that I was leaving- as if she was going to be done in 10 minutes. Long story short, please do not go here.

Worst experience ever…..guess the person that did my hair at first was new. Only wanted 6 braids and she didn’t know how to part hair. Fatima and other lady tried showing her but it didn’t help. They let her get almost done and I look in the mirror and it was a disaster. Braids and parts are ridiculous. I scream OMG and one asks me you don’t like. REALLY????? Fatima keeps saying I’m sorry but were you really gonna let me walk out like that if I didn’t say something. Long story short, someone else takes down the braids and redo them better but a waste of my time and $100 for 5 braids not the 6 braids I asked for….

This was my first experience at Fatima’s & it was absolutely horrible . The shop was filthy not very professional looking , the stylists were rude and spoke African the entire time amongst themselves . Fatima was the only one who greates and spoke to me . The braided that braided my hair did it way to tight !!! My head felt like it was on fire afterwards . I had to take. A pain pill nearly every day until I had to eventually take the braids out one by one only after a week.My braids were too long and they were too many in my head .the stylist took too long on my head and they had their children running all around the shop for hours .one stylist even breastfed her baby several times in the open in the shop exposing her breast to the public ..they Charge too much too . His shop has been in town for a couple of years .. don’t go there !!!!!! They need a lot of improvement take it from me … I just wanted those braids out of my hair !!!!!

Horrible place,treat customers very unprofessional. They did not have color I wanted so she had me go buy it. This is not a good place to get your hair braided.
