I went two years ago and my hair I really loved it… but this time I went the hair was much shorter and not all the same size. It is still the same price 200. But much shorter and one came out because she did not tie or whatever to to end like before. Last time I went it was 200 for mid back length but this time it was a little below the shoulder for the same price. I may have to travel to the one in Akron or something to get what I pay for. I don’t do short hair I like length when I get my hair done.

I’ve had my hair done here twice and I’m not coming back. obviously the man you call to schedule with doesn’t communicate with the braiders at all because they had zero idea I made an appointment both times. The Price for the length I asked for was different between the scheduler and the braiders! Both times getting braids were tight as heck, wayyyyy too tight, and this last time, I thought I was getting irritation bumps in the back from it pulling but now I’m certain it’s because the braider used a dirty comb! She just picked it up off a counter, mind you, covered in all kinds of stuff and hair and started using it on my head. They used no grease or mousse, nicked me a couple times, this is the last time I come here.

They did my hair for the first time. I love it!! The ladies were very gentle and work well as a team. I’m very particular about different ppl in my hair. But I will say that I don’t have any negative things to say about it. The ladies were very nice and also they took there time no rushing neither. Sometimes you have to go through alot of braiders to find the right ones.

This business is very unprofessional and should be closed. Called to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm an hour prior to the appointment. The guy who answers the phone confirmed, Yes! He then calls me back immediately to cancel.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe worse service I have ever experienced. I called two weeks in advance made an appointment for my two daughters we arrive on time to be told they didnt even know we had an appointment and that there were already so many people there that had the same time so we had to come back at a later time.When we returned she started my daughter hair did a couple braids stopped did another person hair and then continued hers half way through completing her hair she added a extra charge for her hair,Walking in everything was so unprofessional and non welcoming. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI drove to the shop the lady inside was nice but man who schedule appointmentsjust said he would call back twice never did..waste of time and energy go elsewhere and the man sound suspicious and careless.. I understandstood the lady inside was busy but I’m inquiring about the scheduling …I could’ve been told by the man who schedules there wasn’t any openings and schedule for another day..Instead lie and not stand up like a professional tell me No ! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOmg. I went there earlier this month. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times. Then the appointment I was finally giving came around when I got there they told me they would call me to come back they called back at 8pm that night I went there only to be told to come back tomorrow. When I got there the next morning nobody was there the braider called me 30 minutes after I got there to make sure I was there. When I told her what braids I wanted she told me that she couldnt do them because it takes a long time and because it would hurt her hand. I picked another style that should have taken maybe 5 hours she started on my hair at 9am and finish at 9pm. Then she didnt cut the ends. She was told how to make it curly and didnt do it right. The owner took $20 off my total because I kept coming back and forth. I was told by the owner to come back another day to have it fixed it took 2 days for it to be fixed. The owner offered to send me a few dollars for breakfast or lunch which I never got that. Then offered to have me go in an uber which I didnt feel comfortable with because what if I got send away again so he offeredme gas money i never got that either. Then then I finally got it fixed. I was later told my the owner that because I told a Customer my experience she left. But she was about to leave because she waited for hours to get her hair braided but decided to stay. It hasn’t been a month yet and I have already lost a few braids and it took the hair it was attached to. My braids are bend it’s all bad. Before this experience I loved that shop now I will have to drive to Detroit or Cleveland to get it done because I heard they have a shop in akron. I am very very upset. The worse service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been going to the shop for a few years now, not because of the service but because there’s nothing else in my area. They are always late. I have made appointments weeks In advance, never canceled or late, but they will always be late. If my appointment is at 9am, my hair should be started at 9am. Most times they start my hair 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 min late just because they are talking and eating breakfast. Not just that they aren’t professional by any means. I took off work today, made an appointment a week ago, and I called this morning while on my way (because if you don’t call to wake them up they won’t be there when you arrive) and the owner says thanks for calling no one is here to do your hair! It’s not worth the hassle. DONT GO HERE, it’s a joke!

I’ve had my hair done here a few times…but this last time THE worst I paid $250 for a hairstyle to last not even a week…Never came back to shop nor retuned my calls….Bad business NEVER AGAIN ‼️ I wish I could put No stars…ugh Braids

This place charges the max for braiding services but the quality was not worth it especially spending top dollar. I had 2 braiders one braided the front the other did the back. They did not do the style correctly they showed me the front of my hair it looked OKAY not the greatest for the price. When I got home I looked in the mirror and the braids in the back looked completely different than those In front. It was an amateur job, the braids were not neat some were twisted some had hair sticking out and it was uneven. They should have told me they couldn’t do the job. I feel ripped off!! And I still has to fix it myself. What a waste of my hard earned money
