I been coming to Fatima shop for over 3years, getting my knotless braids and I will not go anywhere else other than her. My hair was really short and my hair grew a lot just by her and queen braiding my hair. My hair always looks nice, and professional. Her prices are reasonable. And the location is convenient. I come in about 9am and be out by 3pm.

Fatima is very unprofessional. Had a confirmed appointment, made it and Fatima told me I didn’t have any appointment… Once I showed her text messages exchanged between she and I , then she said oh one of my braider didn’t show up.. in a so nonchalant manners. I mean you could have gave a courtesy call or text message, now you’re making spend about $50 Uber for no reason and waisted my time… Not a way to run a business. Very disappointing! Definitely wouldn’t recommend your establishment.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wasted $125.00 today! The braids were so tight that I felt like my head was on fire. I told Fatima and she said that she would loosen it up but that never happened. I told her again that the braids were too tight and she said that braids have to be tight. She applied generous amounts of spritz and mousse… why? I don’t know. She was on the phone the entire time she was doing my hair. This was my first and last time going. I wasted $125.00 today! The braids were so tight that I felt like my head was on fire. I told Fatima and she said that she would loosen it up but that never happened. I was greeted very nicely when I arrived at the salon. Fatima told that her sister will braid my hair but she would be a little late. I told her that I didn’t mind because I had all the time to wait. When the sister arrived she said she had to fix breakfast for her husband before coming to braid. I understood that. They are very friendly and we all had some serious conversations about life, relationships etc . I’m still looking at my hair and thinking how nice she braided my hair and the style is great because I love curly braids. Thanks ladies for making this 65 year old look beautiful and know that Ruthie will be back soon for another style. Love you all Fatima. Fatima is great! Her appointments are very flexible. Just call and she’ll work with you in terms of your schedule. Her pricing is very fair for the quality work she does. She’s courteous and flexible when it comes to how tight and what type of braids you want. Reasonable and fair pricing–doesn’t overcharge but be prepared to pay for quality, skilled labor. I’m extremely satisfied with the pricing and the way she braided my hair. Her customer service was excellent too. She braids fast. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Fatima did an awesome job on my hair July 2018! She installed small individual braids which came out very full and pretty. I have short thin hair in the front and she braided it nicely.The braids lasted until October 2018. Since my hair grew in the front and I loved my braids, I’m back for a second time.
