I have been going to Fast Nails for many years and the owner Cindy gives me impeccable service. I am very particular about how my nails and pedicure are done. Cindy normally attends to me, sometimes her younger brother does my pedicure. Tonight I had a Volcano Pedicure done which I normally get. However, the pedicure that Cindy older brother M gave me was exceptional. I have never had anyone do my pedicure and feel as though I was truly pampered until tonight. M truly amazed me and gave me the BEST SERVICE!

I had a nail technician that didn’t want to share her name. I asked her not to use the metal nippers for the manicure. She said that was all they use for the service. I told her that if used incorrectly the skin around the nail bed peels. This is what happened to me 11 days later. I was right I will not return.

The owner, Cindy, is the best. I was one of her first 5 customers when she and her late husband, Michael, opened up in the small office space next door. It’s really nice to see the expansion of her business and clientele. Cindy is always accommodating and will move mountains to keep her clients satisfied. I highly recommend her and her team of nail techs. Great location, pretty shoppe, and awesome staff.

I have been going to this salon for approximately six months or so. Everyone is very friendly, but they are inconsistent. A few times the fill was done so poorly that I had to go back sooner than normal or even have a new set put on. I’ve also had pedicures done a few different times but normally get my toes painted the same color as my nails and then trimmed. Emily has done them several times and does well. On Monday I went in for a fill and polish change on my toes. We were getting ready to start painting them and the receptionist came over and said he had another appointment waiting. At this point he stopped with my nails and started on my toes. He was rushing and as a result he cut me three times!! I was bleeding in 2 places on my right foot and 1 on my left. He had a hard time getting the bleeding to stop. During this process he put the nail clippers and so forth back into the bin that he was using. This process literally contaminated the entire bin including all the tools. I can only assume that he was going to close the lid and use them on the next person. This also made me concerned as to what he used on me and especially the tool that he cut me with. One can only imagine at this point the germs and bacteria that are on the hardware they use. He apologized a few times and said the next time Emily could do them, however that’s not going to help me at the moment. So in the end he cut my nails too far back when it should have been a trim only, he cut them crooked and made me bleed profusely!! At the end of this nightmare he charged me full price!!!
