I’m very disappointed with my haircut and with my beard trim I specifically asked when I called if they were capable of doing a bald fade and they responded yes when I got there not only did she just give me a normal fade but I asked her to just trim half the length of my beard and she trimmed way too much off not to mention it was uneven I politely asked if she would mind not Charging me for the beard trim and was told to go back to Kentucky and she was. Not going to refund me just a terrible experience all around terrible customer service I will never be back and would not suggest this place to anyone

We just moved here a few months ago. Last weekend went to a different place to get my haircut. It was bad…so bad. So last minute call fast Eddies and Nikki said come on in. Wow! I love my hair. I love the environment. She fixed my hair the way I wanted it. I definitely would recommend and I will be going back. I’ll also be bringing my son here probably this weekend to get his haircut.

The other day I took my daughter to get her hair done. She’s shaved on bottom half and Karyn was her stylist did a horrible job leaving long hairs by her ear on both sides!! I gave her a 10 dollar tip to! I’m very disappointed with her…. We’ll never go to Fast Eddie’s in Hobart again. I wish there was a way to post a picture here to share it!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have I been a long time customer of theirs for 20 years , I called to make an appointment and ask Nikki to please hold on for a second it was not more then 30 sec. to 40 sec. I was asking the person who was coming in for the hair cut if they wanted their hair washed or not and was hung up on. I called back and to make the appointment again and asked why was i hung up on I was told that they are a Business . I told who I had talked to and it was Trisha i asked her who was the owner and the phone number and got asked why i wanted it, i told her i wanted to file a complaint. then i was told that i can call back tomorrow and she would be here, again i asked what is her name was and was her name was and after asking 5 times i was told her name was Janet, I will be calling to speak to her on April 27th 202.
