If you’re on a time crunch then this is the place for you. However, their technique is completely amateur and lazy. I got Senegalese twists and there were some twists that were drastically long or drastically short. The length of my twists was inconsistent. The hair they use is of poor quality as well. They overcharge for their services and cheat customers of quality work. Honestly, if I wanted this kind of work I would’ve done it myself or would’ve gone to someone without a storefront. This is my last time going. For salon-quality styles I advise you to go to Miriam’s. She takes a bit longer but the quality is much better.

I was a walk in and was seated immediately. I had neck surgery and they were so polite and gentle with me. Three of the ladies did my hair in a timely manner. Didnt even take three hours to do Senegalese twist. I will definitely be back. Thanks ladies!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe girl that did my hair was apparently NEW and was the SLOWEST in the entire shop! I got there at 9, waited until 10:30 and left at 3:30! I showed her a picture of what style I wanted and they assured me that could be done. 2/3 into the style, she told me that she couldn’t, so I ended up getting something I didn’t want because I still needed my hair done; As it was also my birthday and they partially ruined that! The girls are nice, but I asked them not to put gel in my hair because I spend a lot of time in the water (military). Well, they took it upon themselves to put gel in my hair anyway. I can’t stop looking in the mirror as I am driving home because the gel is starting to dry and it’s leaving behind this dry, flaky, brownish residue. It’s so unprofessional and it looks like my hair is unkempt. Now I have to go home and wash this gel out. I didn’t have time for them to do it at the salon, but they should have listened the first time. Just very disappointing.

I got medium box braids. Not even 3 days later I had to go back and get a couple redone. Today is June 18th, this is day 9 of me having my braids. I have lost a few braids. I have several barely hanging on. My edges are coming out. I have some big, some medium, and some small braids. This was my first time ever going there. I paid $200 for my hair do and I am very disappointed. With all of this being said…the part of the staff that I dealt with was nice and friendly. My wait time wasn’t long and it didn’t really take a long time for them to do my hair neither.

I’ve been to this place 4 times but I am a 3 time loser. They almost never get the hair style right and the customer service is terrible!They act like you’re bothering them to do your hair! Each time I’ve hoped for a better outcome that I never got. This last and final time I went I was over charged for some terrible looking half ghana braids. I was told one price and then charged double. Instead of arguing I paid and vowed never to return. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Service is horrible. I have natural hair and I wanted to get a full sew in (NO leave out). The lady gave me a sew in with a leave out and asked if i wanted to perm the part she left out so my hair could match the weave. I asked if she could braid the leave out and make it not look so puffy. She told me i would she the tracks if she didn’t give me a leave out. She knew she did a horrible job because she didn’t even want me to look in the mirror. She kept trying to jel my hair down and flat iron it but of course my hair was still poofy and didn’t match the texture of the weave. I regret coming and I will never be back.

I don’t recommend anyone to this place. I was a regular customer, until I was told that I would be paying $175 for box braids but once I go to pay the price change to $200. When I was disputing what I was told, it was don’t care attitude. Horrible customer service never will I go back. Also, they had the nerve to give me a customer loyalty card, but where was the loyalty.
