I went to get my hair dyed and they had to bleach hair before dying it. The woman put me under the lights and she left to go to the bathroom. It started to burn my scalp I even started to cry. I had to go to one of the other ladies (she was washing a woman’s hair) and told her it was starting to hurt. She had me sit in another chair a wait for her to get someone to washing my hair. When she washed my hair she even said that it was really hot. She never even apologized. It severely damaged my hair. I know that bleach damages all hair but I have had my hair dyed/bleached my hair before but my hair has never been this dameged before.
