Will not be going there anymore. It was very hard to understand what the man was saying and he did not do what I requested even after showing him a picture. My nails looked so bad and only last less than 2 weeks. The whole time he was doing my nails he was talking to the rest of the employees, laughing and stopping mid service. I got to the salon at 11:20am and went home at 2:10. They were short staffed and super busy. The light peach color nails is what I requested and the other picture is what he did. Go somewhere else ♀️

The nails came out nice but all the other negative reviews are right, their customer service reeks. They come off as rude and impatient when you don’t understand what they want you to do with your hands because they can’t communicate in English clearly. They’re also pretty rough when they file your nails to the point that they bleed and feel super sore. Not coming back. Save your money for a well respected nail salon with good reviews that deserves your money.

Warning do not enter this place if you want to get embarrassed by the man named Charlie. if you don’t like one toe nail and want to change the color and ask very politely. He will start becoming a crazy person. He started throwing an item and walking off aggressively and talking in his language very rudely. I felt so humiliated. I have never had a person react like that towards me. Beware of Charlie

I’m very disappointed with this place. I took my mom to get a pedicure and unfortunately the lady that did my moms pedicure did not use the paraffin wax, give her a massage, or use the scrub on her! Keep in mind I paid for it!! Will not be going back. Pedicure

When I got home I looked closer at my toes and saw that she literally painted over where she yanked it off.I also asked for a french tip and she literally colored half of my nail. Been going there for years just because I’m not good at planning ahead and keep appts. But this was the last time, they’re customer service is so bad, nothing compared to the owner before, he cared what a customer thought. Nails have been lifting at about 2 weeks, got my fills done on past Saturday 1 hr later 1 nail broke off, and by Tuesday nails were lifting, went in to ask him if they had changed formula and if they could fix it, he was very rude, and said you would have to wait 2 hrs. And I can only fix the broken one. Never going there again.
