i’m getting my nails done right now and when i first got here the lady started my nails and then got a call on her phone, got up and walked outside to answer it. i then showed her the exact design i wanted and she went to create the heart design and i’m now stuck waiting for someone to come and do it for her because she cannot do it. this has been a very messy, unprofessional visit, and i’m not happy with the customer service.

This used to be my go-to nail salon because it was close. But my last visit was … my last. The gal who was giving me a pedicure got a phone call in the middle of the service and apparently got a better offer because suddenly my pedicure was done and she was out of there.

They stole my hat. I made an appointment at 9 because I had work at 10:15 and they had me waiting for half an hour so I thought I’d just go get Starbucks since I was waiting so long which was pretty annoying as it was so I decided to leave my hat & go get Starbucks, when I came back it was gone and when I asked where it was they kept telling me I didn’t bring one when I know I brought it and the only other time I went the wait was super long and the job was really bad, the acrylics were thick and bulky and fell off within the week, I only came a second time because It was the closest place to my work but I would rather just wait until after my shift and go get a good job. This place is definitely not recommended.
