i’ve been going to this place as my “go to” for a few months now. they’ve been pretty great until the other day, i did have an unpleasant experience. in a nutshell, i got a gel manicure on my natural nails. the woman who painted them messed a few of them up, so they had to be completely redone. instead of completely removing the new polish, everything was completely painted over – meaning i was wearing two full gel sets on top of each other on every nail. after a few days go by, the top layer starts peeling off the bottom layer. i called this place and explained the situation, and they had me come in where Jessica completely redid my nails to perfection at no charge. i really appreciated this and i will be requesting Jessica from now on because she REALLY does a good job and is so incredibly sweet. it was really nice that this business also did the right thing and corrected their mistake which i think we should all give businesses the chance to do! thanks so much!

Critical: ValueDecided to get my eyelashes done here since my normal place was booked. It took an hour and a half and there’s not much of a difference. Extremely thin lashes. She said it’s because my natural lashes are bare. I have never had a problem with any other lash tech. $100 and it didn’t make a difference. Great manicure. Was not happy when I went back to get the nail polish off my real nails. It’s been two weeks and I still have scratch marks in my nails. I’ll be going back again but do not plan to get my nails painted next time. Or will do a simple nail polish and not shellac.

It was perfect at the beginning and then it went so ugly so fast I went with my friend and she wanted a see through base coat and she’s not confrontational so when she asked for it to be changed to clear before it dries three other girls yelled at her saying it wasn’t clear on the picture and she started to tear up. I came back in and asked if they could apply another coat (not so simple with shellac I found out.) The owner (Jessica) took the time to take all of the polish off and re-did my entire toes without me asking. She could have just thrown another coat on and called it a day and she did not. Now that’s called customer service! Very impressed with them overall as a business.
