SECOND chance on using this salon, I was extremely unhappy with the overall treatment- which was rough, with the techs burning both myself and my guest Segal times with the water bath, the sprayer and worse the hot rocks. On top of all that, an hour after getting my pedicure my big toe was completely smudged and my nails were sharp and unflattering. I fixed them when I came home from my vacation, two weeks later. The pictures are from my work not theirs. Won’t be going again- two strikes and I’m out.

I just finished a basic spa pedicure and dip powder manicure here and it was the best mani-pedi service I’ve ever received. My nails turned out amazing and they lasted 2-3 weeks without chipping. I will definitely return!

I had one young lady doing my nails and she was doing a great job and wasnt rough but then she had to go help someone else and the owner came and did my nails… She painted over them 3 times! they are bubbly and have little peices of hair stuck in it.. she didnt even wipe off the extra nail polish she took the cuticle clippers and clipped my skin! Nail service was horrendous. It started off from the very beginning. I was pressured into powder dipped nails which I had never had before and didn’t really want I was always used to gel polish. After that, I had asked for a color for an accent nail and a design. The nail tech shows to not give me the accent color I wanted because apparently it wouldn’t have looked good. That is not his choice to make. After that I had asked for a simple wispy pineapple design which could not be accomplished, which wasn’t the end of the world I went and looked at their designs that they had set up and asked for a simple sailboat. That also looked horrendous and felt pressured into getting a flower as that was the only thing she kept repeating that I get. After paying $55 for the nails I didn’t realize only three of my nails did not have air bubbles. And that was just my nails not including my sister-in-law. She had asked for a short stiletto nails. To which he attempted with failure as each nail was going a different direction and was not stiletto. She ended up having to fix the direction of her nails as best she could. She asked for black and red he attempted to give her pink and then on top of that they did not have the color she wanted and they did not offer to fix the issue. Then came her accent nail. To which she ended up with the same exact flower I did. Her nails caused it $60 my guess for the $5 increase was the additional run stones that she didn’t even ask for. The lack of skill as well as communication when it comes to pricing is uncalled for. We will not return back here ever again. On top of that when paying they requested a tip. While we always tip the fact that you were requesting a tip as a huge turnoff from any business.

When we arrived they we not very friendly with us. They sat us and began to fill our tubs with water and then a customer who didn’t have appointment walked in for a gel pedicure. They tended to her immediately. No one was tending to us 3 who had made an appointment hours in advance. Once they finally began to tend to us they kept pushing for us all to get gel pedicures, which is $15 Extra, we just wanted regular polish. They lady who was tending to me began taking my nail polish off, but instead of just using acetone she used a grinder and ground way too much of my nail down. She ruined my nature beautiful nails. I am now going to have to let my toe nails grow out completely before I can go back to a nail salon. Shortly after they began doing our pedicures a woman and her daughter walked in and told them they were early for their appointment. They were immediately sat and we were told they made an appointment so they do they would be rushing through our pedicures, my mom told the lady multiple times we had an appointment. At the end my polish was smudged. They have a sign that says they don’t accept tips off of credit cards. I paid with a credit card when she handed me my card back she asked where her tip was. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and courteous and I received the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The green tea pedicure is very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back.

I asked for a simple acrylic manicure with almond shaped nails and a black acrylic gel. When the tech began placing the tips I was slightly concerned due to the fact that they looked much smaller than normal and that they were somewhat crooked. One was very crooked so she removed it and redid it but left the others. When I indicated that I wanted the length shorter she said that longer was needed for the nail shape. I kept waiting for her to actually shape and smooth the nails but that didn’t happen. The gel was messy and flooded my cuticles. When she finished I was mortified, my nails were thick and bumpy, crooked and all different lengths. When i went to pay she specifically asked what I wanted to tip. I always do til but being asked felt weird and unprofessional.

I never get my nails done. Both of my daughters told me about this place, so I decided I’d treat myself. The young lady took care of me and was very gentle with my tiny, thin nails. I really appreciated that. She did a great job. I will come back soon!

Showed them the picture of the previous review (from Evelyn) and said I wanted my nails exactly like that. This is what I got . Two stars cause they’re nice people but I can’t believe I paid 65 dollars for this and I wish they would’ve just told me they couldn’t do it.
