The one thing about Fashion Nails Spa is their honesty! If they don’t have availability or if they can’t do a certain style/design they let you know. Unlike some places that make you wait or lie about their abilities, the people at Fashion Nails are upfront and they make you feel like a friend. The people greet repeat customers by their names and they genuinely ask about their day and family. And with new customers they talk to them to get to know them. I have been going to Fashion Nails to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done for a few years now and every time I venture to another nail salon I regret it afterwards and end up going back to Fashion Nails. These are just some of the most recent fun designs I have gotten.

I did come in, a hour before closing. But that is a whole hour. My manicure was rushed and not properly done correctly. I had a gel polish change and after washing my hands, I peeled off the excess polish on my skin. The lady who did my services was pleasant, but no care was put in it. I even questioned the hang tips part before the final polish, before the initial polish was told it would be handle. My nails are now all different lengths and shapes. And, I didn’t have a manicure, just a angry employee who did the bare minimum for a service I paid for. I tipped because I’m in the service industry, but geez you guys made me hate getting my nails done. You can see the dip, and all she said was it looks good. No it doesn’t look good.

I didn’t get what I asked for. I showed nail tech photo of what I wanted I had to correct tech many times techs response was “oh I forgot”. If it happened once it would have been okay but it happened a total of 5 times. Tech got up multiple times to make phone calls it took about 2 hours for my nails to get done when it should have only been about 45 minutes.

I’ve given this salon multiple tries, the quality of their work depends on who you get and if they’re wanting to rush through it or take their time. The dip powders are hit and miss, not sure if it’s an application error or if the powder/polish system wasn’t followed properly, perhaps it could’ve been expired or contaminated with even. It’s bizarre, some of the dips I’ve had last well into two weeks but some colors I’ve had don’t last a day. Even when I’ve had the nail(s) repaired with the same color it would break and crumble again.

I was very impressed with the work done, will definitely come back again.
