This place does good designs but I tried three times and they had me wait for every appointment i mean over an hour! The third time I made an appointment for 1130 and called to confirm and she told me I made it for 1230pm. I told her i didn’t and she proceeded to tell me I did like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then she said fine come at 1130 but you will have to wait. What! Wait again! Ohhh no! This place is ridiculous. I’ve tried to be patient but they take it too far.

Crystal did my powder Manicure Only Did an okay job but charged 10.00 dollars extra to clip my cuticles that is part of any manicure not extra So she charged me 52.00 for a powder manicure They are ripping people off. I came in yesterday to get a full set and a pedicure- not only did they do an AMAZING job on my nails, they didn’t rush me out of the store when they were closing soon for my pedicure! I went today after a horrible experience at another salon. Mickey was amazing! He carefully took the old acrylic tips off and then gave me a new beautiful set! He took his time and i greatly appreciate it!

This WAS a favorite place of mine but due to multiple visits where I’ve had scheduled pedicures and then get there and having to wait 30+ minutes to get my service started has changed my thoughts on the shop. Today was the last straw I had a 2 pm appointment didn’t get started til after 3:30 I will take my business elsewhere
