Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to this salon with my sister for a gel mani. Technician filed my nails down so much were hurting, I kept saying, “ow, that ones sensitive“, etc… Got to the car and really examined them, they were bleeding!!!24 hours later, two of the fingers are still bleeding, fingers are so sore to the touch. Quality was poor. Paid $50+ and am so unhappy.(Note* my sisters nails came out pretty, and her technician was kind and was polite) (maybe just a poor experience with my tech.)Cleaning was not happening while at the salon. Seated less than 1 foot from other customers, didn’t see any sanitizing, or wiping down of stations. Technician I had was on her phone for a majority of my appointment.I called and explained my experience to the business clerk, and he was RUDE. Wouldn’t hear me out, said they don’t issue refunds. That I should come in and let them “fix” (there’s nothing to fix, I’m definitely not letting them near my nails because they are so sore)He wouldn’t allow me to send a picture.. I explained how unhappy I was, and that I wouldn’t be back. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just left Fasion Nails and I’m completely upset with the professionalism of the salon as well as the service i received. I asked the nail tech for a basic white gel dip and clear glitter cover. She didn’t use the color I requested and when I said something about it she continued to apply the same the color. The shape was terrible and crooked, so I politely asked her to file them down a bit more and she gave me an attitude. There was nail glue residue left over (on my fingers) that she didn’t remove and then rushed me to pay, again with an attitude.I went back to fix the shape because I couldn’t believe I spent 46 bucks (plus tip because I work in the service industry and felt terrible not to) on such a terrible job. They didn’t refund any of the service and asked to “fix the shape” even though that was only one of the issues I had. A new nail tech tried to correct it, but the shape is still bad.**updateThe owner is phenomenal and very professional. I called back and explained what happened— She listened and was very apologetic. She asked me to come in later to correct them, but unfortunately I have a flight to catch which is why i made an early appointment. I just left Fasion Nails and I’m completely upset with the professionalism of the salon as well as the service i received. I asked the nail tech for a basic white gel dip and clear glitter cover. She didn’t use the color I requested and when I said something about it she continued to apply the same the color. The shape was terrible and crooked, so I politely asked her to file them down a bit more and she gave me an attitude.
