Waste of $100. Not at all what I asked for. Unprofessional. Didn’t do anything with my cuticles and nails looked like they were grown out three weeks as I was sitting in the salon seat. By day two nails were already falling off. I didn’t get at all what I asked for. Just wanted a simple French set. Mani pedi matching. With acrylic on the big toe. They Wouldn’t do the acrylic on the toes. Didn’t match the fingernails to toenails. All around I have no idea why people were recommending I go here. I don’t go to the salons ever but wanted to treat myself. I was so disappointed

First i want to say the salon is very nice, second it was CLEAN (thank the nail gods). My nail tech was very nice and was very attentive. I wasn’t left waiting and got in right when my appointment was scheduled and left at a good time! The nail files used were new and clean! In addition I know that they’re reusable tools were sanitized as I witnessed them

Highly recommend Tracy! I’ve been going to her for years & have never been disappointed. Steady hand & good eye. Really works with the customer so that they leave satisfied. I show her what I am looking for & she tackles it head on with her own little spin & comes out amazing every time

Tried making an appointment for my daughter and her friend 19 days in advance the night before their prom. They said they were full that evening. Okay… I tried again, with a different earlier time. Still was a no go. Tried the day of prom earlier in the day since my daughter would be getting her hair done in town already later on. They looked at my message on Facebook and ignored it. 5PM next day, still nothing. I sent a message saying that their customer service was poor and they lost out on two full sets of nails (also repeat customers) and a pedi plus tips, which would have been over $100. Guess what? That was responded to very quickly. “Hey!

I called in to get a full set… and when I showed up for my appointment they didnt have me down. He started yelling at me to show him in my phone when I called them, so I pulled it up and then he just said that it was my fault that they didnt get the schedule right, brought the girl over to ask her and she said that she never talked to me, which she did. So I didnt get my nail appointment that I waited to get. Very upset, I was disrespected as a customer. Lost my business.

Terrible! Took my daughter there, I spent $40 for her to get her nails done. She got a full set done (fake nails). She left Friday night and by the time she came home on Sunday three of her nails had fallen off. By Sunday night, they were all off. They just kept popping off. I stopped in first thing Monday morning and showed the nails to the salon and they said they could get her I on tues. I just got done calling them to about moving the appointment to a sooner time and the guy told me that I would have to pay for the nails again. I don’t k ow about anyone else, but those types of nails take at least 3 to 4 weeks to come off and it does onot happen by just walking, which happened with my daughter. Her nails are competelt smooth, I had another beauty operator take a look and they aaid thar the reaso it happenes is the woma did nlt file her nails first. I told the guy thiz and he said whatever, they are not putting on anotger set for free. Do not go there. It could happen to you, too.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in a couple weeks ago to ask about a walk-in mani-pedi. The man at the counter laughed in my face and told me they were almost always busy and I would need an appointment. I was surprised by his disrespectful and unprofessional response. I will not be going back.

They used the drill on my nails and ended up filing the cuticle too much and it made open wounds.

They have fired most of their employees and it’s difficult to get in unless you have a schedule appointment 2 weeks ahead. They rarely answer the phone and unless your local in Carroll you won’t get in.
