That older lady that does most if not all the pedicures is very rough on the feet. I was not comfortable at all and really wanted to have her stop half way through. My toes were frozen from just sitting here. Like she had me dip my feet in the water to get them wet then took the water away, like most of my pedicure was spent trying not to tell her just to stop. And by the time I got to have my feet in the water it was already cold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here for anything other then eyebrows. On top of the attitude she had. Like never again will I be back this was a last minute decision and I’m so mortified that I’m going to have to fix my toe nails. I’d recommend buying a foot spa over coming here!!!

I paid $35 my nails. They came out very good. i was very impressed for my first time coming here. I went in and there wasn’t a wait and i didn’t make an appointment. i sat down for about 5 mins and they were ready for me. i got black nails and he did them very fast and food as well. it hurt a little bit i’ve never been a place where it doesn’t hurt. i posted some pics to see

Fashion nails and spa has gone down hill drastically. I started coming here when I moved to the area, almost a year ago. They were good for awhile and then it became clear that the owner’s husband hates his job. He was the one to do my nails often and he became extremely rough and impatient about taking his time to do my nails. My cuticles were swollen and red for almost a week after he did my nails and it progressively got so much worse. This last time, 3 of my nails were BLEEDING by the time he was done. Believe it or not, that was not the final straw. The final straw was when I went in to get my nails done this past time. I was a faithful customer, every two weeks getting my nails done and brought several friends with me. Since getting them done, I had 2 nails break. Whatever, things happen (or so I thought). I went to get them fixed (in between my bi-weekly appt.) and the guy was extremely rude again. I told him I need a fix and a polish change. He over charged me (from their POSTED prices) and when I asked for a Matte top coat (which I usually get) he told me there was an additional cost. I said, I have never paid extra before, why now? He claimed “its a new charge”. I went to pay for my nails and he was mad that I was using my debit card (which I ALWAYS used). He said “don’t you have cash?” I said no, I do not keep cash on me. He rolled his eyes and clearly was done helping me. He painted my nails awfully, to the point that he left nail polish on my fingers around the nail and you can see every single mark that the brush made on my nail like there was something dragged across my nail bed. My friend was with me and was getting a pedicure this day. After drying, I went to sit by her (since she was the only one in the salon getting a pedicure) and the worker (the older lady) **PHYSICALLY HIT ME**. She smacked my leg and told me “No, you sit over there” and pointed to where I was sitting previously. I asked why I can’t sit by my friend and she laughed and said nothing else and then the two workers started talking in a different language (clearly about the situation). Now, its 3 days after getting my nails fixed after the breaks and ANOTHER nail is broken. Honestly, if you are thinking about going to this place because of the convenience of location, my advice….stay far far away!!!! I would rather drive hours away to get my nails done then use this place EVER AGAIN.

The older lady was extremely aggressive kept pushing and pulling my legs and feet uncomfortably. She cut my heals up and laughed when I asked her to fix them and said no. Spend your money somewhere else. All clients in at the same time I was, extremely dissatisfied as well.

Absolutely incredible place. Extremely clean and Tina (one of the owners) is phenomenal. I’ve been a customer for years, and i’ll never go anywhere else. I recently went to get a full set, and the wait was a bit long, but only because they were busy. It came out AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend this place! The two ladies were wonderful. My pedicure was well done and very detailed. I took my two young daughters with me to get their toes and nails painted. I was a little stocker shocked but it was fine. The lady at the front took such time with my four year old and was very attentive and kind. The man that painted my eight year old’s nails came walking out from the back and barely said anything to her. At first she got a little shy and decided she didn’t want her toes painted but then changed her mind. When I asked him if he could paint her toes he seemed irritated and frustrated so I told him never mind we would just do it at home. As the time went on and I was finishing my pedicure I ended up asking the front lady to paint her toes. Once again she took her time and was very attentive to her. Of course during this time another lady walked in that wanted a special nail service and the man seemed to be much eager to serve her. Please keep in mind that until that lady walked in the three of us were the only ones in the salon. I am not sure if we will be back and if we do I will have no dealings with the guy that works there. He was very rude! I am so thankful for the wonderful service of the ladies.

I have been to this nail salon. Clean place, however not friendly. I told the man who was doing my nails that my nail was crooked, so I asked if he could file it more straight. He told me he did not know how to do that! Now, I know some people are very picky about their nails, but I am not one of them. I thought he was kidding at first, but he was serious. He told me to do it, so I did then showed him. He asked if I would go to another lady first, but I picked him because the lady he asked me to go to she did not do my nails good at all last time. I think he got upset because I wanted him to do my nails. When your in a business to serve customers attitudes should be more pleasant. Also I never see their equipment soaking in disinfectant. So that’s a eyeopener!

So they are really close to my house and overall place seems clean but there’s a “but”. They are really rude and not friendly at all. Especially the man who’s an owner I think. He always gets upset when I try paying card and basically yells at me to carry cash. I’m not a bad customer, I work at customer service myself and I always am nice to other people in the business because I know how hard it is but their customer service sucks. They made me wait once in empty salon, with them all watching General Hospital for half an hour. They finally took an interest in me when episode was over. It seems rude to me, maybe I’m wrong. But the worst part is the guy. Rude, aggressive, always irritated when he sees a customer walking in. I thought he just doesn’t like me for whatever reason but I noticed he treats like that almost everybody. They get two stars form me only because the girl that does my eyebrows is really good and semi nice.
